With other rentals, if there was an issue, I’d call the agent and then have to wait to see if they did anything. And sometimes I’d have to call again and again. It leaves you feeling frustrated and it can suck up a lot of your time, just trying to make sure your message has gotten through.

My experience with Jane

With Jane, she just seems to be ‘on it’ all the time. She’s reliable, so responsive, friendly and easy to deal with.

If it weren’t for BonVilla, sure we would still love this house but it wouldn’t be the same with a different agent, or even dealing with a landlord directly. Now I think even if we weren’t crazy about the property we might stay on just because the service we get is so good.

She knows her stuff. She’s so experienced, knows technical systems and about maintenance… everything’s always been something she could handle. Nothing’s out of the question.

Rentals come down to the house first, but if I was actively looking for a new place, Jane’s always got good properties and she’s such a good manager it would be worth asking her if she had anything available, just for the service I know I’d get.
